The app is creative and I liked it in the first level but I can’t sign in.. I have tried many times both by number and email but I just can’t… it starts loading and then it doesn’t work

this app is very bad i can't sign in and when it's is done when i go again to sign in with the same information it says sorry someone has already wrote this number who wrote it and i get option of report but no it also does not i just uninstalled the app because then i can't even log in it also says we think you mistyped what do you mean i am not angry the first level was nice but please if you can do remove this bug then remove it please
