I had ordered a wireless mouse and this filthy app didn’t asked me for the location and it automatically selected some random location which is 1km far away from me , so after ordering I just cancelled my order because of the wrong address and I had paid 305 ₹ to Instamart by phonepe and after cancelling the order , I received no money which I had paid ,I didn’t get the product and I had paid for it when I call the costumer care this filthy fraudulent company is saying that they can give my money back what the heck were did my hard earned money went !!! Even I mailed my issue to the company and they are not at all concerned about my issue I suggest everyone one that this application is not at all genuine,Corporate criminal are behind this company be careful guys dont ever use this rubbish application tell to you family and friends about this fraudulent service given buy a reputed company Swiggy Instamart

This app waisted my time and lasltly they telling that the product i have orderd is only 1quantyty is available and that hase damaged so they are cancelling the order befor cancelling the called me two time and told me to wait or cancel on that time they didnt inform me this issue and after somtimes i noticed that still its getting dely on that time i chat with customer care and still they didnt told me about this issue they told me that ur issue has been over they assinged a delivery prtner and your order will reach atfer 10minutes and they closed the chat and then i got a call from customer care and they told me that the product is damaged and there is only 1quantity of the item is availabel so they are canceling my order and then they hanged up if they onfirme me about this issue first i can do any other app or i can go any ither nearest shop or i can order diffrent item but after the minutes of waiting they infirmed about this issue this is not fare and bad coustomer caring
