App is good I suffered down time various time on it but overall its good. The main problem is related to payment acceptance by riders they always ask whether payment is through cash at the time of booking and mostly they avoid (or say me to cancel) the ride if payment is through digital mode I know auto drivers rely on cash for various reasons but it’s back office job to train them properly and guide them to use digital payment methods. Their main expenses are like petrol gas etc They can easily use the digital money recieved from Custmer over such places. You people should encourage them and teach them how to manage reciepts and expenses recieved through any mode.

I support the app because there is no other means of public transport in my area BUT there are many problems with the app like:1. There are practically no riders available.2. EVERY Rider is too lazy to come to the pickup point even you are 1 km away. Making excuses like kids and requesting to cancel the ride.3. Rider calls me 10-15 minutes after using the app and I’m even not able to see that my ride is actually booked. There is no confirmation for that. 4. You can’t change the pickup location in the app. I was facing issues.5. Don’t know a third person called me to inform that there are no riders available in the city that too after 20 mins of waiting. 6. I’ve tried 10-12 times to book a ride, got calls from 2-3 riders but as i said they were too disinterested and lazy to pick me up from the location. At the end i had to walk half of the distance then i called the rider then he came for only 1 km that too outside the app.7. Lastly, the price changes from 30 to 60 even for 5 meters difference between drop locations.Hopefully all these will get fixed next time when I’ll use the app.

Had a very disappointing experience with your service. The driver’s job is to drop passengers at their destination, not to engage in unnecessary personal conversations that make them uncomfortable. My sister was so disturbed by the questions and judgmental attitude that she called me crying.This isn’t about one driver—it’s a problem with the mindset of many in Kashmir. A cab service should make passengers feel safe, not scrutinized. Your drivers have no right to comment on how someone dresses or what choices they make. Whether a woman covers her head or not is none of their business.I could have filed a police complaint, but I know this behavior is common here. Still, it needs to change. Train your drivers to be professional—do the job, drive, and move on. We pay for a ride, not for unwanted opinions.

Drivers never agree for paytm or wallet payment and force you to pay in cash. If you can’t pay in cash, they will directly cancel the request. Also, these people in order to inflate the bill, drive slowly in order to bump on every signal and also, would opt for the longest routes on their wish. Hence, your bill of 50 will sum to 80 in no time. Not to be surprised, the policies are not so stringent in the company to regulate the whims and ill and malpractice of these drivers. Initially the services were good but now it has deteriorated with time. They have even increased the fare. Moreover, the fare always ends up in an odd figure, so when you don’t have change either you have to end up paying 4-5 rs. extra to the already inflated bill, cz their drives surprisingly never have “change and chillers” to give you in return.
