Subscribed to the premium pack but the application keeps crashing as soon as I click on navigation

Hello developers. I have subscribed to the premium pack. After paying it asked to download a minimum of one map. After I downloaded my area in the Asia-india option. The application crashed. I thought I should download the entire India map. I did that two times but still it’s crashing after downing the applications and the full maps from time. Please help.

The only annoying thing about this app that I had was the maps. It was very basic with no updated landmarks and location and use to deplete battery quickly and make my phone really hot but now the map is seemless and really good. No more battery depletion. The accuracy of turn by turn is also precise.
Need some improve on maps.

I’ll just suggest the team to update maps and adding some option to manually choose the location on maps and get navigate and also add the stop function for multiple location. Indian maps you can update with mapple map my India those are batter than google maps.

Please update the app because Gps coordinates not working and sometimes disconnect while driving,before the update when I want to go a place, just I copied coordinates from Google Maps and paste it to Ktm connect app and found the location easily, but after update, I am unable to paste coordinates and the serious issue is the navigation is disconnecting while driving sometime
