want to share my frustrating and disappointing experience with Nykaa NykaaFashion and Delhivery Delhivery Limited Delhivery courier. I placed my order on September 10, 2024, and it was supposed to be delivered on September 12, 2024. However, it has been around 15 days, and I still haven’t received my product. Specially the customer executive of Nykaa NykaaFashion have no etiquettes to how to talk with customer. Since September 13, I have been regularly following up with the customer care teams of Nykaa and Delhivery, but they keep delaying my order. Since September 13, my product has been at a hub just 10 minutes from my delivery location, yet they have not been able to cover that distance in the last 10 days. On September 19, my product was marked as out for delivery, but no one contacted me. I called multiple times, emphasizing that it was an urgent order and also mentioned that I would not be available on Saturday and Sunday. Yet, they still attempted delivery on those days, telling me, "If you don't receive your product today, it will be returned." After raising a query with NykaaFashion Nykaa to kindly deliver my product on September 23, the delivery executive again did not respond and even blocked my number. As of today, I still have not received my product. Now I am trying to cancel my product but they are denying with this also. I'll make sure, I will not be using NykaaFashion in the future and cannot recommend them to anyone. I would recommend to all that please never to use Nykaa NykaaFashion

I recently ordered a product and first of all it took so long to deliver as they are claiming it is made to order product which I didn’t see anywhere while ordering the product…ok here it’s okay it still get delivered at least and after that period of time the remaining outfits got sold out not even a single size is remaining in the same product for the size exchange….and there return policy didn’t exist at all the worst policy ever on fashion app . They don’t give the return policy and their exchange is on the subject of availability of product…like where is your subject in the return policy then ???? While ordering it the same product size was available of different sizes so I ordered it at least I can get the different size no problem but now there is not a single product available…and the customer care people literally raise their hands they are like we can’t do anything in this this can’t be return and as there is no size it can’t be replaced …first of all why you are working there if you can’t help me out at all… I called you because I am not able to do it on my account atleast you guys can issue the ticket to your senior or your manager but they literally raise their hands …now I am stuck with the order which is of no use for me as it doesn’t fit me well .Now won’t be ordering from Nykaa fashion further anymore and will advise friends ,colleague and family too …to not order anything from this app …thank you for such service ….you lost your sincere customer congrats .

Extremely disappointed with my experience shopping on Nykaa Fashion.I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes and received them promptly. However, the shoes ran larger than my usual size, so I tried to request an exchange for a smaller size. The app showed that the required size was unavailable for exchange, even though all sizes of the same shoe were clearly available for purchase on the app. This makes the exchange feature feel misleading and unreliable.The customer service experience was even more frustrating. I contacted customer care multiple times, and instead of receiving a solution, I kept getting the same response about a “technical issue.” Even after waiting several hours and calling again, there was no progress or meaningful assistance. The representatives seemed unable to understand the problem and were more focused on repeating scripted responses than actually helping.When I finally decided to return the product instead, the app repeatedly showed errors and would not accept the return request. After several more calls, one customer care representative was finally able to help place the return request. However, the return is now stuck in an “under review” status, causing further delays.The entire process from exchange to return was unnecessarily complicated and time consuming. If exchanges are not actually supported despite stock being available, then the exchange option should not be displayed. Customers expect a smooth post-purchase experience, especially when buying branded products.

Recently purchased a product which was suppose to be replaced. However, we shifted our home from one place to another on 1st sep itself on 6 th the delivery guy called me to deliver the product I asked him to Cancel if it cannot be deliver to the new address and he did so. Further I check in the app it says it got delivered. Since then I am regularly informing the customer service about the same. Every time they are saying it was delivered by Otp how and why would I share the Otp when I am not there. Also I asked them to check with the delivery guy to whom he delivered the product if he is saying like that but customer service people are fooling around every now and then no follow up for a single time only I am the one who is following up with them. I spoke to supervisor Vishal 3-4 days back he promised me the issue would be resolved in 24 hours I literally requested him to call me back as I have a one-year-old kid and it’s difficult for me to follow back but no callback as usual. Today I call back for Vishal first one said he is on another call Another call was disconnect by the agent Another call again disconnected by the agent On the last call, they said he was on off and I was on the same call while documenting the email and again they disconnected Different agents have different information (should give training to all agents again) Trust me you guys nykaa have the pathetic customer service people for any issue. I have never experienced such a bad service ever. Called 9 times back to back but no one could transfer the call to Vishal or to any supervisorHatsoff
