Data got erased

Have been playing this game for a month, had progressed so much. Then i realised i somehow am not getting any advancements. Checked to see if i’m logged in or not. When i saw i was logged in, and game data is saved, i uninstalled and reinstalled the game this morning in an effort to get advancements. But when i relaunched the game, it started the tutorial process again. I checked the settings, and saw i am already logged in, which should not have happened, or if it were to happen it should have loaded my previous progress. I logged out and logged back in to see if it loads my previous progress, but it didn’t… like it doesn’t even exist. It only showed the latest tutorial progress i had and not the previous game. I had progressed so far in the game and were looking forward to the new event. I cannot now start all over again, its not possible. This game is relaxing, calm, no predatory ads… but sadly i have to leave.
