Zoho Scanner is a document scanner that helps students, freelancers, and small business teams turn paper into searchable PDFs and images, using text recognition and e-signatures. Handles multi-page documents and imports from your photo library. Crop, edit, rotate, reorder pages, filter and annotate, then share as a PDF or an image. Extract text — Text Recognition pulls the words out of a scan so you can edit them, find a document by what's inside it, and share the text as a file. Translate — Turn a scanned document into any of 17 languages, including French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese, then send it as a file or paste it in a message. E-sign — Add your signature, initials, name, and the date to a scan, powered by Zoho Sign, so you don't need a printer and a scanner to return a form. Organize — Use folders, reminders, and tags to keep documents findable. Zoho Scanner suggests tags from a document's content, and Zia Lens sorts scans into documents, receipts, and business cards, then alerts you when new documents appear in your photos. Share and automate — Send scans by email or iMessage, or upload to Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Expense, Zoho Notebook, Photos, or your own cloud drive. I recently stumbled upon the Zoho Scanner app and let me tell you, it's a game-changer. No longer do I have to scramble around my house searching for lost documents or battle the printer in hopes of scanning them in one piece.With Zoho Scanner, I can simply whip out my phone, snap a picture of the document, and voila! It's saved and organized in the app's easy-to-use system. I feel like a tech-savvy magician. Abracadabra, messy papers disappear!But wait, there's more! Zoho Scanner also has a nifty feature that allows you to convert scanned documents into editable text. That's right, no more endless typing or trying to decipher your own messy handwriting. It's like having a personal secretary at your fingertips (minus the coffee runs).And let's not forget about the cherry on top - the app is free! Yes, free. I never thought I'd see the day where I could save both time and money with an app, but Zoho Scanner has proved me wrong.So, fellow disorganized document hoarders, I highly recommend giving Zoho Scanner a try. Your stress levels will thank you.

Zoho you’ve done a great job just a suggestion and a useful feature. Please help the user have the option of placing a filter on all pages automatically rather that manually editing them(filter).

Super efficient app to click and scan documents. The click-scanner does a good job of auto-detecting borders to save pages. Making soft copies is far more easier than using a flat bed scanner device. Would recommend highly without second thoughts.

Zoho Scanner App – Account Deletion Issue

After installing and registering on this document scanner app, the initial experience seemed fine with its basic features working correctly. However, a serious problem arose when I tried to delete my account from within the app. Even though there is a clear option in the app for deleting an account, the deletion process does not work. No confirmation is received and the account remains active, despite repeated attempts.This kind of behavior is suspicious and raises serious privacy concerns.

However, a serious problem arose when I tried to delete my account from within the app. Even though there is a clear option in the app for deleting an account, the deletion process does not work.
