Been a subscriber for over three years. The Tacx training app has great potential. There are many errors and programming faults that severely reduces the app usability and enjoyment. Prefer the Tacx training apps range of rides to Zwift however Zwift is more reliable and therefore more enjoyable to use because of its solid programming and operational use interface in stark contrast to Tacx.Frequently the app will crash mid ride, interrupting the ride and sometimes it’s not possible to resume the ride. This is a red line that if the ride is paused at any time during a ride, it’s very likely that you will not be able to continue the ride.Customer support reply is usually that’s not fixable or it’s just how the app is and they don’t seem open to improving or fixing the very poor programming, unfortunately.

I like the training bike and the functionality between the bike and the app. However, they want you to pay monthly to use it, there are very limited training courses in the app, mostly basic courses and most of them just got removed, now there are only a handful of training courses from 40-120min that you can do. This is such a fkn rip off!
