Once when i returned the bike it showed up on the app that i didn’t put it back and for more than one day i couldn’t take any more bikes. Also when i needed some help with that and with the reset of my password the helping service didn’t work.

I used the app 4 times, and twice I had to contact the support because it did not register checked out bikes (and you know, that’s a big deal if you pay based on time of usage).

It doesn’t work!!! It does not send me the code for check in.It says 3 bybicle but actually there was just 1. Bad service
