The GAINSFIRE workout tracker is your way to go if you are looking for a simple, fast & easy to use workout logger to record your personal development during weight training at the gym. With GAINSFIRE you can easily track your sets, weights, workouts and your overall progress. Create custom training routines, add your own exercises or exercises from our catalog and start your workout. GAINSFIRE logs your performance just like a pen and paper workout diary. The focus of GAINSFIRE is to quickly and efficiently record your performance and physical fitness. This includes the comparison of the current workout with past workouts in simple to understand statistics. We deliberately refrain from explaining the correct execution of individual exercises. A professional trainer at your gym or a personal trainer does that way better than any app. Highlights of the GAINSFIRE workout diary: • Create your own workout routine (or multiple ones). • Add exercises from our extensive catalog • Define your own exercises and use them in your plans • Get summaries after each training session • Compare your performance with previous workouts • Analyze your increase in weights or repetitions • Add notes and your own comments to each exercise • Define individual rest times for sets and exercises with customizable timers • Archive workout routines for later use • Share workout plans and statistics with your personal trainer or friends • Messaging function for trainers and clients • Direct analysis of each completed exercise • Track body weight, body fat and muscle mass as well as body circumferences • Automatic backup of your training data • Use on multiple devices A free one-time registration with your email address and a password of your choice is required for use. SUBSCRIPTION This app includes a voluntary monthly subscription with no trial period. Payment is made monthly through your iTunes account at the time of purchase. Subscription will automatically renew for one month unless you cancel in the App Store at least 24 hours prior to expiration. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. GAINSFIRE has received a major update – take a quick look at your settings and check whether everything is still the way you set it up. I've also fixed a bug with playing YouTube videos and switched value entry to keyboard input.
