Same bug as another on here but I switched to a different phone and can’t log in cause it won’t send OTP message
Terrible app, even worse customer service How is one not able to get their own account back? Months of asking them for help, only to receive a response that does nothing to help. Boring.Reading the reviews, everyone has had the same problem for more than 2 years!Just fix that one problem and be done with it

I have not been able to get into my account for atleast 6 months now and i don’t get it!! I delete and redownload the app but still the same issue. Do you have a ban on people in kenya or??
i loved the app! but i reset my phone and when i try and sign in it won’t send a verification code, so i sadly can’t get into my account. i tried everything (factory resetting my phone, all of the things on the Help list bereal gives, deleting and reinstalling…) but it still won’t send. why is this?

i really like the app but ever since i switched phones i haven’t been able to log in my account. i’m not able to receive the code as it is saying it’s a bad attempt but i don’t understand what’s going on. please help fix this
I logged out of my account and now when I try to log back in with the same number registered to my account I am not receiving any OTP code to log back in. Fix your app please
Bereal was working just fine for at least 3 weeks until this week when it wouldn’t open. I tried restarting my phone, updating the app and reinstalling it thousands of times and nothing worked which sucks because I’d say (on a positive note) that bereal is a very fun app to have fun with friends. Please get this issue fixed
My BeReal stopped opening for me so I deleted the app and installed it again. When trying to get the 6 digit code, an error message was displayed on the screen that said, “Oops, we can’t resolve your request at the moment. Please try again later!”. I did try again a number of times later on in the day but the same message was displayed every single time.
