App is glitchy and lacks features on the full program

I’m reviewing based on my use of the app on the iPad Pro 2020 using it with the apple magic keyboard. I also use the full paid version of the MS Word app from the AppStore.I primarily use my iPad Pro for productivity and word is one of my primary apps. To start the app is glitchy. You’ll be typing your document then all of a sudden the words your typing on the keyboard will be appearing some time after you’ve typed them on the keyboard. Then you have to wait until the cursor catches up with the words you’ve typed. My fix so far has been to restart the app, closing the document and reopening it. This is extremely irritating especially if you’re on a work groove. Please look into this.Secondly, (this is more for heavy MS. Word users), the App lacks many features that are ordinarily in the MS Word. The iPad Pro 2020 is a top spec tablet that is way more powerful in terms of processing power than many laptops on the market. To me it’s insane that the iPad Pro version of word would have features like adding number levels like 1.1. (The option of manually putting it isn’t even available). Please fix!!

I don’t think the app has ever hung or crashed on me. This coupled with the fact that it has most of the features you’d get on the desktop app have made this a really invaluable app. If you require a good mobile document processing app, this would be it. For frequent users, definitely consider getting the 365 subscription.

I can’t do any edit or even save a document on word not unless I have an active subscription .You need to bring back basic functions and without the subscription requirements, an active account should suffice.
