LebCad puts Lebanon's cadastral parcel maps in your pocket: over 700 zones from Akkar to the southern border. Search a lot by its number, see it on satellite imagery, read its exact area and perimeter, measure anything with a snapping ruler, walk your land to find its physical borders, and keep entire zones on your phone for use in the field, no signal needed. TAP A LOT. SEE EVERYTHING. Tap any parcel and it lights up with its area, its perimeter, and the length of every side drawn right on the map. SEE THE LAND IN 3D Tap a lot for its altitude, slope and facing and a 3D model you can turn and tilt. Terrain view shades every lot by steepness. FIND ANY LOT BY ITS NUMBER Type a parcel number and jump straight to it. No scrolling, no guessing: the exact lot, found in seconds. WALK YOUR LAND AND MEASURE IT See exactly which parcel you are standing on and find its boundaries in the real world. Walk the edges of any lot with your phone in hand, and the app will guide you to each corner, alert you at the borders, and instantly calculate the area and side lengths of your path. DRAW. MEASURE. DONE. Trace any shape corner by corner. The ruler locks onto parcel vertices as you tap and closes into an exact area and perimeter. Measurements stay on the map and can be deleted any time. MEASURE ANY DISTANCE Tap points across the map and read live lengths in metres as you go. Perfect for frontages, setbacks, and distances between parcels. PLAN A BUILDING ON ANY LOT Sketch a building footprint right on the parcel and every setback to the lot borders is measured for you. Tap a setback value to change it and the footprint slides into place, with live floor area and lot coverage as you adjust. SEE EVERY LOT ON SATELLITE Switch any zone to street or satellite view and watch the parcel fabric drape over real rooftops and roads. A country map shows every covered zone in place, and tapping one opens it. NAVIGATE TO ANY PARCEL One tap on Directions hands the lot to your maps app and guides you to it, whether it is a saved pin, a measured shape, or a planned building footprint. ALL YOUR SAVED LOTS, ONE LIST A single screen gathers every lot you saved across every zone, grouped by town, with navigation one tap away. WHOLE ZONES, FULLY OFFLINE Download a zone once and it works without a connection: on site, in the mountains, anywhere. Zone files are compact, so downloads take seconds. ALWAYS THE LATEST MAPS Zones keep themselves current. When a map is improved or corrected, your downloaded copy updates automatically in the background, no app update required. PIN THE PLACES THAT MATTER Save any lot with a name. Pins keep their measurements, stay on the map, and sync across your devices when you sign in. SHARE PROFESSIONAL VIEWS Export the current view as a JPEG image or a print-ready PDF on A4 or A3, filled edge to edge and stamped with the zone name and scale bar, ready to send to a client or add to a file. LEBCAD PRO A monthly or yearly subscription unlocks every zone we cover, current and future, plus JPEG and PDF export. Coverage now spans the whole country: Beirut's districts, Mount Lebanon from Jbeil to the Chouf, the North including Zgharta and Akkar, the South from Saida to Naqoura, Nabatiye, and the Bekaa from Zahle to Hermel, with more than 700 zones and new ones added regularly. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
