Mais C’est pas possible! ca fais 3 mois que je galère avec votre réseau et ya pas de résolution J’étais en communication avec votre conseillère (ZOULEIKHA) qui n’est pas du tt professionnel elle a terminé la discussion avant que je termine c’est du n’importe quoi, il est ou le service client ? Elle m’a rien donné comme infos une fois je pose la question elle me répond oui on est entrain de résoudre le prblm et ce que vous avez des qts bahh bien sur que j’ai assez de questions tant que mon prblm n’est encore résolu. J’espère que y’ aura un responsable qui va lire mon commentaire pour prendre en charge car je sais très bien comment ca se passe chez vous et dans n’importe plate-forme Franchement c’est catastrophique
