They banned my device before 3 months,they said its a temporary ban but they didn’t tell what rules did i violate i cant use my snapchat since 3 month’s ago and when i conntact snapchat support they say that they cant fix it its really annoying and there are many people who seem ti have this problem as app rules the app support should tell u what rules did u violate before u get that penalty!

Snapchat, what happened? This used to be a fun, lighthearted app for sending quick, disappearing photos. Now, it feels like it's been engineered by a team of people whose only goal is to scare you into buying cloud storage!It's ridiculous how quickly this app fills up your phone. I barely use it anymore, and yet I constantly get warnings that my phone is critically low on space, and guess which app is the biggest culprit? Yep, Snapchat. The way it handles Memories is the absolute worst. Instead of letting me download and manage my own content easily, it seems to hold my pictures hostage, constantly pushing me toward their expensive cloud storage solution.It's not enough that the app is already a battery drain and a resource hog, now it's acting like digital extortion. You delete old chats, you clear the cache, you delete whole stories, and still, the app size barely budges. It’s a deliberate design flaw, and it’s clearly intentional. They're doing this just to create artificial scarcity and panic so that we fork over money for their storage plans.If you value your phone's memory and your wallet, stay far away from Snapchat. There are better ways to share photos that don't come with a hidden storage tax!

I wanted to say that the new update about the storage isnt fair , first of all everyone has memories and photos from like 2017 or something and now we have to pay for saving our memories?! As I know snapchat is a free app… Second of all why 5gb?!!!!! Like whats the problem about having unlimited storage ?And third of all not everyone can afford paying monthly or yearly to an app that half of the people that have it have it because they still have memories from way back not because they are still using them. I would appreciate if you change that because snapchat was never made for getting money from people but for making memories and saving those memories

Okay first of all snap shouldn’t have put a new feature and make us pay for this feature when we have had it for free for all of these years and people are saying they’d rather delete the app than pay for it and I agree, I have all of my memories on this app and I shouldn’t have to pay to keep these memories mainly because the phone itself already is pressuring enough and is telling to delete more apps, photos, files because there isn’t much storage left but let alone not being able to use an app because of that problem! Snap fix this mistake cuz in little time you are going to lose all of your users…‼️

Hello snapchat, i've been using the app since 2016 therefore i have accumulated over hundreds of thousands of memories throughout the years. When it comes to "buying" storage for premium i am not financially secure enough to be spending money to keep my photos saved...and i'm not the only one. Most of us aren't multi millionaires who can afford to be giving away money just for photos. If this ban takes place i will have no reason to be using snapchat anymore considering i don't use the app aside from using it as an album for old memories. Hope you fix this considering a large percentage of your users agree with me. Thank you.

i absolutely love snapchat but I I cannot update it to the newest update and I don’t know how and why it doesn’t let me because of that I am sick of Snapchat but I also love Snapchat and I hope Snapchat will give me the update and I also have iPhone 14 plus and so I have a new phone and it doesn’t let me like that Bitmoji in the group when you like go in the group and see all the friends a Bitmoji just want to another I hope Snapchat fixes this bug and let me have the update

The new bitmojis just arent that good. Like the clothes and customization is fun and theres lots of options and accessories and everything but just like the bitmojis do not look good. Like i am a woman and i have small sholders why does snapchat make my bitmoji look like i have broad shoulders and also the arms are wayy to long. I love love snapchat very good app very functional and i love the AI but just not the bitmojis. Okay thats all

I loved this app and i have had it for a long time ago but this new update with the 3d selfie what is it? i do like the 3d bitmoji but the 3d selfie is gross. it makes me want to delete the app because it’s disgusting. No one likes it, remove it or at least make an option where people can choose from the normal selfie to the 3d selfie. if u don’t make this i’m definitely going to delete the app. Fix it immediatelyThat was literally a year ago and i managed but this new bitmoji look is trash, are you out of ur mind i wanna delete the app and delete my bitmoji bring it back how it was

If you proceed with the plan of making us pay to keep our memories that we have been saving for YEARS than i would rather delete the app completely. It is unfair to all those people that have been using the app for a really long time to be required to take any of these steps. If you would do this to new users that have 0 memories saved then it would be understandable (still not a supported change) but otherwise it is completely out of place.
