Important: This is the last version of Cash Reader for iOS 15, 16 and 17. All future app updates and new features will require iOS 18 or newer. If you stay on iOS 15, 16 or 17, Cash Reader will keep working. You will even keep receiving recognition updates, because improved models are downloaded directly from our servers, with no App Store update needed. However, this only applies to the currencies and banknote values the app already recognizes today. New currencies and new banknote values can no longer be added to this version. Tip: If your iPhone supports iOS 18, we recommend updating in Settings, General, Software Update, so you do not miss out on anything new. And for the majority of you already on iOS 18 or newer: moving to a newer iOS lets us build on the latest technology, so you can look forward to the newest features coming to Cash Reader!

Accurate Close-Up Banknote Detection: You can now hold a banknote close to your camera, and if your iPhone has an ultra-wide camera, we will automatically switch to it, allowing for precise identification even from a very close distance. Quick Access to Currencies: Easily view your downloaded currencies at the top of the currency change screen for faster identification. Simplified Currency Selection: You can now access the currency selection directly from the home screen, making it more convenient and reducing the number of taps.
