I played really well GI on my ipad 7th gen.Then, my ipad suddently updated to ios 14 and can't log into GI. When I try to open the game, it goes white on the screen and back to homescreen afterthat. I want to know it's only the ios update problem or something else with the game has some error ??

The way you treat the players with your anniversary reward in comparison with your other games is very unfair. You should know that this game generates more money than any of your other games and thus we have every right to ask for the same treatment as those players get with other games. The rewards make most of us feel like baggers barely getting by with left overs. I as a player also buy Primogems directly through your official website cuz the free pulls were never enough and that’s totally fine. I can accept that cuz if we want something, we gotta give up something. That’s the law of nature. But we’re talking about anniversary rewards here! Once in a god damn year and this multi billion dollars company cannot even treat the players well enough? We are not evening asking too much at this point. We’re calling for justice and fairness. I love the lore and the game sm but the anniversary rewards are sickening me. I also know that this message alone wouldn’t be enough for the whole planned event rewards to be changed but you’ll know when the community finally decided to wake up from this injustice…
