Minor bugfixes

-Air and Naval packs are now free! -Turn timeout reduced from 72 hours to 24 hours. -Fixed an issue with UI layout on iPhone XR and iPhone XS Max. -Minor bugfixes and improvements.

-Updated for iOS12 -Fixed a crash bug that could prevent the app starting. -Fixed user interface issues with iPhone X. -Buffed the battleship unit with more attack and defence to make it more worthwhile the investment!

-New feature: You can now invite players to join you in a match! -When starting a new game vs a random player, the map is now also randomized. This will speed up the time it takes to find an opponent, since all players will end up in the same queue (instead of 18 different queues in the previous version, one for each map). -If you still want to play on a specific map, you can choose "Invite player" and select "Play Now". -Fixed some map balancing issues. -Fixed the scale of the player names, so that they stay inside the "box" :)
