My purchase has disappeared

I purchased the game many years ago and was going to redownload the game to play again. Now, I’m discovering that the download button is ‘Get’ instead of the ‘cloud down arrow’ icon. It is as if I have never downloaded the game before and the full game has become an in-app purchase. I am dumbfounded by this and I’m sure I’m not the only Bastion player encountering this problem.

I purchased this as the full game - after not playing for awhile I'm forced to restart and the game is now telling me I have to pay another sum for the content I already purchased? This is ridiculous.
