Hi. I found this apps offers a great price, and sometimes with a great quality of product also. But one thing that is very lacking, language issue. Even though we have chose the English option for language, page always shown in Chinese, and some instructions even came out in Chinese. I have to screen capture the page and went to translate it to English to understand the instruction, which for me is quite inconvenience since there are options for changing language but apparently the language cannot even changed. Another issue regarding language also happens in direct message, when we wanted to chat the seller to ask regarding the items. Seller cannot use English so I thought the apps was programmed to auto-translate everything to English when we obviously have chose the English language option. Some seller they use a very different Chinese language from what we can use at the translator apps so it came out weirdly. This is very tiring and disappointing as someone who did not even know how to read a single Chinese characters, and even using a translator apps could not be a helping hand. Please please please, I hope you can fix this issue. Thank you very much.

i really appreciate the wide range of products available, its one of the app’s biggest strengths. unfortunately, i think the language settings could be more user friendly, especially for international users.although when setting we have choose english as the main language, it’s isn’t always fully supported, and it can be tricky when trying to understand the product details. every-time need to screen capture the product and translate product description, the result often come out with weird translation or unclear. also information of the product like materials or specifications also tends to quite brief, which makes it harder to get a clear picture of what i’m buying,improving english translation and adding more detailed product description would made the experience much smoother for non-Chinese speakers

When you guys gonna properly optimise this app for users out of China? You went global but for notifications and some of the main things still using chinese as if everyone in the world can read chinese. Every time there’s a pop up or anything in Chinese I had to screenshot it and translate it. The prices are great but the user experience is very bad. Plus last time I ordered 2 items then some glitch happened and 2 of the items had same tracking number ended up only getting one item. When I ask the seller they told me to contact the courier. Useless seller. Then when I contacted the delivery person he said it’s impossible to get packages with duplicate tracking number. They will only send one package the other one the delivery company@delivery person will take it. This part it’s partially my fault for not contacting the courier. But you guys are the major contributor to this issue. Good this it’s a cheap product.

The products in this app is much much cheaper compared to any platform in Malaysia, but because they’ve considered me as an oversea buyer so the warranty on the purchased items often doesn’t work until you have personally or uses Pos Laju to send the defective product back to China, which is not very ideal considering the extra costs and taxes. I even tried reaching out to the customer services and they had only given me two solutions, it was either I accept the refund which is half the price of the purchased product or a voucher that’s worth sixty ringgits.
