Hello! I’ve been using webtoon for quite some time now and I’ve noticed that it’s lacking some things that imo are just small things but definitely will increase user experience. 1. ‘Favourite’ section I have some comics that I would really like to reread or maybe will reread later on and having a specialised section for those comics will be amazing. Just a simple section at ‘my acc’ will be enough, no need to add up an extra column at the bottom. 2. Delete option at ‘recent’ I have webtoons that I’ve finished ages ago but is still at my recent section. It’s not really a big deal but it gets a bit annoying when I dont wish to continue some of the webtoons and focus on only several series at the recent section. It’ll be easier for me to spot which one i really want to read and is following rather than having everything jumbled up in that section. I guess that’s all. I wish these suggestions will be considered for the next update!

I don't understand the purpose of this new UI at all. It's so difficult to differentiate between chapters that have been read and ones that have not. The new UI adds a lot of unnecessary things, like what's the point of the read button for each chapter of a comic when it's much easier and intuitive to just press the rectangle of that chapter. I like that you can now choose to filter the chapter list from oldest to newest so it doesn't mess with connecting thumbnail arts for webtoons like stagtown. But I still feel that the old UI with the chapter rectangles having no gap between them was much more simplistic and pleasing to look at. Getting rid of banners and replacing it with those tiktok/reel summaries was unnecessary why not maintain the banners on the home page and just let the reels/tiktok summaries exclusively be on the new&hot tab because a lot of people don't really care for it. Overall, I feel that this update tries introducing too many things that don't really help the user experience of the app at all.

The app initially started very well where there are minimal adds and even free coins to claim.The app right now is so not friendly for free users.They throw ads where it'll cover half your screen which takes 5 seconds, and some of them have pop ups when you close em.Worst part is after you finish a chapter, some ads legit just force you into your browser of that specific promoted ad.Their own promotions for other titles pop up non stop, which I would say is the least annoying and the most acceptable one.The good titles have also been dwindling down. Worst part about the titles is that I dabble a little with romance and lgbt titles. But just because I read a handful of them, SO MANY OF THOSE TITLES KEEP GETTING SHOVED TO MY FRONT PAGE. I legit have to cleanse the algorithm by just avoiding romance titles altogether. I wouldn't mind being recommended 1 or 2, but shoving a lot of titles like that is just super annoying.One thing I never liked about the app is that they allow you to download and it expired after a while, which is fine. But the episodes can only be downloaded once. So if I'm going to a rural area without internet, I cannot keep downloading and re-reading on the amazing titles that are available or even purchased.

Today(25 Dec 20) i was reedeming the Christmas present. I have several account so I redeemed it all by logging in and out but when i log in back at my main account it not mine??? My main account are my apple id(I don’t know if you understand this) i used my finger print and when i was about to log in it says my apple id but when i have logged in it lead me to a different account but it can be accessed by my finger print?!?? My coins are not there and there are no subscriptions. Can you please help. Please help me. I’m confused. I suspect that my account has been hacked!
