It’s honestly disappointing that for nearly four years, users have consistently raised the same issue with your application, and yet it remains unresolved. Despite numerous complaints and feedback from the community, there’s been no meaningful update or fix.Ironically, when it comes to pushing for monthly subscriptions or payment reminders, the system works flawlessly and with urgency. It gives the impression that user experience and feedback are secondary to revenue collection. Very bad

I’m giving it 2 stars because it can never be like Netflix. Everything about this app is slow, downloading an episode which eats your data like food even when the download settings are on good, and it won’t download, keeps buffering over the slightest network fluctuation, not Netflix, world best. I can’t with Prime videos anymore, it has good movies and all but Netflix is trustworthy.
