Minor bug fix for the "Learn More" link for notifications on the new countdown screen. Adds an update reminder for new app versions, from this version onwards (1.0.12).

This version adds a small, medium and large optional tip option in the settings screen. It fixes the issues previously present with them as well. It also fixes some minor issues with the schedule countdowns, they were showing a sync button like the twitch countdowns, but they don't sync with anything, so that was removed. It also greatly improves the sharing feature, removing the reliance on base64 encoded URL data.

This version fixes the links to the app store and ads a non-invasive prompt for reviews. It will only request once every 30 days.
