Liking the features better than skype! I had this connected to my outlook mail and i liked that it reminds me of upcoming meetings. One small enhancement request is can that small green circle that indicates i am active be changed to red to indicate when i am in a meeting. This is so that those who send messages are aware and that i am not ignoring them - i am just in a meeting and there could be delays in my response 😊i know a small calendar icon appears but people seem to not know what this icon means and would keep sending followup messages

I hope you’ll have an option to unmute channels in one swoop or to have a section where you can see all of the muted channels. For the latest version, there’s no option to see it. It will be more efficient if there’s a section where you can see the channels that are muted. Hope this will be considered. Thank you!

I started using slack last month, an until now I always wondered why am I not getting notifications on my iphone. 😣 It does notify me when I am on my laptop but it would be really convenient if it sends notif on my phone as well. So its been part of my daily activities, and even per hour I have to open my slack (mobile) just to make sure i am not missing any messages. Please fix this. Thank you.

Our everday communication tool! Great experience, just one thing to note. I hope there’s a notification when slack system is down, had an experience that it’s not working. But it was back after a few hours. Aside from that everything is good!

I don’t usually rate an app and this is honestly one of my first. I am fascinated by this app, it makes work communication easier and makes my day to day shift at ease. It has organized labels and easy to use tabs for a smoother user experience. Highly recommend!!!

Notifications are on, I have the mobile app set to notify me as quickly as possible with sounds and everything, but I still don’t get all of them. Even direct messages - I open the mobile app and I’ll see several messages from more than 12 hours ago which I was never made aware of. So annoying. If not for this, would have rated a solid 5 cuz I love Slack 💔💔 but mobile notifications are an essential part of the job

There is just a slight glitch on the laptop and mobile syncing of information. There are instances that when you open a message on mobile and read it from there once you open the laptop app, the message is not there.s

Even with the free version this app is so very helpful. Thank you for sharing it with entrepreneurs. More power to the slack team! Someday soon we will afford the paid version and be able to pay you back, the very least we can do for all that you’ve done.

I wasn’t able to upgrade or subscribe to a paid account nor have not been active in slack for a certain period of time. After updating all my apps, i checked slack and all my data has disappeared ! There used to be a prompt that I will be able to view all previous data if i get a paid subscription but it isn’t there anymore. Pls help me retrieve all the data I lost. Thank you.
