If your device supports TrueDepth technology, the app will also use your camera to detect your facial movements to enable virtual try-on of eyewear, such as sunglasses. I’m pleased with the customization of my settings that keeps my items & functions in a neat, easy-to-navigate way. I love the multiple seller options that help me choose the same item for a lesser price. Tracking is easy within the app as it has links to the major carriers’ websites. Email and app notifications are also a plus.
Not too user-friendly for Kindle book buyers

Hi. I’ve been having the hardest time to get Kindle books. Generally, as an app, the UI is pretty bulky and loading content makes one stare at a blank space with no loading indicator that there is, indeed, something happening. Specific to Kindle book buyers, this app doesn’t have the “buy” button for Kindle versions of books. I had to go to the web version just to purchase Kindle books. The closest you can get to buying a Kindle book is either (1) you add the ebook to your Shopping List, which is disappointingly NOT your cart if you’re already frustrated at that point, or (2) you just press “Download Sample” in hopes of revealing a “Buy Full”, which doesn’t. If people are unable to buy Kindle books from the official app, this is basically usually for people like me.

Twice it happened to me and my husband..we order here some stuffs and the day that it should be deliver we did not receieved the items, but im so shocked when i checked the application that its was been delivered and there is comment “it was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk”Once it happened of course its was ok maybe there is mistake..but 2nd time it repeated it was ridiculous..i contacted the customer service, their explanation “maybe” it was a mistake..and saying that the next day it will be deliver at my door step but unfortunately it did not happened.Now its my lesson not to order here again..because it is very hard dealing with customer service as well.
