The app is useful whenever I want to check on my data balance or if I want to subscribe to any DITO promos.　But one thing, even though my home is just near to an DITO tower cell, the internet speed of the sim is still slow during the day… 　In my home (Palawan, PPC Capital, Sta. Monica, Employees Village) DITO sim internet connection is so slow during the day, and it’s only fast during mid night… 　It’s an inconvenience for me because it ruined my sleep schedule, because I can only truly enjoy fast internet connection during midnight… and I am a student in highschool. 　I hope the internet connection speed of 4G of DITO sim will get faster here in my home so I don’t need to wait till mid night which the internet connection is only fast in that time…

I have been using Dito SIM for a long time. I can say that the performance is really good, so up until now I still have Dito SIM, it's good that it can receive a strong signal, easy access to the internet. But the past few days I've been experiencing problems with the signal, and at first I ignored it, becauseI thought it was just a signal problem. But I've been experiencing it for a few weeks, the network signal has become very slow, even though I have load, it's always loading, no internet access, especially I am a student I need data for school work and online classes, it's difficult because there is a problem with the network, plus my hubby is playing online games, even in games I also experience lag. It's disappointing that i’ve been experiencing problems on your network and I really wanted the Dito sim network because the performance it showed when I used it before was so good, and I recommend it to my friends and even family.I've also read some ratings that they also experienced signal problem,delay, slow access, and so on, that’s why, i wanted to rate to share also what I experience, and to let you know, for your management to know the problems that we experienced for them to take an action or find a solution, I hope it's fixed because I don't want to change new or another sim, I want to stick with one, but if it keeps happening, I might just buy a new one, because I'm having a hard time. I hope you can fix it because your company's service is good.

Poor Customer Service

My experience with DITO Internet was good during the first few months. However, when I encountered a technical issue in March 2026, everything went downhill.I contacted DITO customer service because I had no internet connection and my modem signal kept switching between red and yellow, causing frequent disconnections. Before reaching out, I had already performed basic troubleshooting on my own, but the issue remained. I also went through troubleshooting again with their customer service agent, but nothing worked. They even collected my laptop and modem information and informed me that their technical support team would assist me.Unfortunately, it's been almost four months and I still haven't received any meaningful update or resolution. I have followed up multiple times, but every time I contact support, they simply ask for my information again, tell me that my concern has been escalated, and promise that someone will contact me within a week. However, no one ever does.What's even more disappointing is that I still had around 30GB of data remaining from my last promo, but it expired while I was waiting for them to resolve the issue. To this day, I continue to receive messages and emails saying that my concern has been escalated and that I should expect a call, yet nothing happens.Very poor customer service and technical support experience. I paid a considerable amount for the modem, but unfortunately, it has not been worth it.
