How to contact the Customer Support or team admin/management of this app?! I didn’t and have never clicked on your app and purchased on August 18,2026 but how come you still deducted me an amount on my account?! I never did any subscriptions and have never allowed any form of auto-debit when I visited your app dated June 20, 2026 and August 14, 2026. Good thing I was able to request a refund from Apple and it was approved. But please don’t try to make some hidden tricks!!! I’m not sure how you were able to do an auto-debit without authorization or consent from the account holder?!!! Others, please be aware and be mindful of this sketchy trick!!!

Waste of Time and Money

I subscribed to watch the full stories, but I was very disappointed. To my surprise, most of the stories are not actually complete and don’t have proper endings. I kept browsing, hoping to find finished stories, but many of them had the same issue.I also tried to find a way to contact customer support or chat with a live agent regarding my concern, but there doesn’t seem to be any option available in the app.Because the content I paid for is incomplete and there is no accessible customer support, I would like to request a refund.

Very DisappointingI subscribed because I was interested in the story and expected to watch the complete story after paying for a subscription. However, even after subscribing and watching the available episodes, the story is not actually finished. It ends without a proper conclusion, leaving viewers waiting for more.It feels like the viewers are being encouraged to subscribe with the expectation that the story is complete, only to discover that it is still unfinished. This is very frustrating, especially for paying subscribers.I hope StoryReel will be more transparent about whether a story is fully completed or still ongoing before asking viewers to subscribe. Paying customers deserve to know exactly what they are getting.
