The day-of engine is more reliable. • Events without an end time no longer get stuck showing as NOW • Status changes (done, skipped, reopened) can't be silently dropped anymore • Live Activity countdowns no longer duplicate an event • Live Activities tear down cleanly when a wedding is deleted, and iOS stops repeatedly asking for permission • Times respect the wedding's timezone everywhere Imports are steadier. Timeline parsing moved to dedicated infrastructure, and a race that could drop event details on import is fixed. Notifications. Clearer permission prompts, a fix for the prompt not appearing when joining a shared wedding, and a way to recover if you denied access earlier. Layout fixes. The offline banner clears the Dynamic Island, the add button sits correctly above the tab bar, and screen edges are consistent throughout.

WedTrack 1.5.1 — Checklist Updates Family photo shot lists, rebuilt around how formals actually run. Long groupings fit now instead of getting cut off, on your phone and your watch. Drag to reorder, swipe to delete, long press to rename. Templates use the couple's real names. And you can save your own family list once and reuse it every wedding — it fills in each new couple's names for you. Also fixed: the Live Activity no longer covers your phone's clock. Filtering your timeline by a category with no events now tells you so instead of showing an empty screen, and getting-ready and setup events show up under My Events for every role.

Send timelines straight into WedTrack. Got the timeline as a PDF in Mail? A photo in Messages? Tap Share and send it to WedTrack — text, photos, PDFs, and spreadsheets all import directly. No more saving files just to re-upload them. Imports are much more reliable. Fixed the false "import expired" error that could appear when you switched apps mid-import. Uploads now keep working while WedTrack is in the background and pick up where they left off when you return. The import review screen also no longer gets stuck when something fails partway.

1.2.0 — Event Assignments Delegate specific events to specific collaborators. Each person's Live Activity, lock-screen widget, and notifications now show only events they're assigned to — but the full timeline stays visible to everyone in the Schedule view. Plus a major round of Live Activity reliability improvements so the lock-screen widget keeps up with real wedding-day flow.

Bug fixes

Major reliability pass for the wedding day itself: the Live Activity, Apple Watch, auto-complete, and time edits all hold up through long days now. PDF imports of dense multi-day timelines (90+ events) no longer time out, and late-night events stay grouped with the wedding day they belong to. Plus a refreshed Home spotlight card and a debug log for if anything misbehaves.

Team up with a code. Weddings now have a short invite code you can share. Anyone with the code can join as a collaborator from the Share tab - perfect for bringing in photographers, planners, or the rest of the wedding party. Polished onboarding. New setup flow with illustrated cards and a sample wedding you can explore without committing any data - and it won't count against your free wedding. Everything feels cleaner.
