No chance to switch app to English or Poland (where I’m from) despite the app requested my location. The interface is in Sweden & I can do nothing to switch it in the settings. So the app is completely useless

If there is any problem with the payment, you cannot come back to your basket to try again. Your transaction dissapears and you need to go through all proces again! Frustrating when you are buying 20 items...

This is so stupid.. they advertise everywhere in Poland to use the app, but you can’t even login as a Polish customer. SHAME on marketing and R’n’D department. Hire some QA team to test the application UX related to authorization.

Bad end experience!Doesnt allow to pay via blik-the payment, even if it’s successful, is not registered and the basket is empty.When the payment is unsuccessful or in progress, also the basket dosappears.

This app is advertised at Kappahl stores in Poland yet it won’t let me sign in with my Polish credentials. This app is only good for Sweden. The most useless app as there isn’t another Kappahl app for other countries!! So frustrating!!!

I’m in Poland and the app thinks I’m in Sweden so I can’t register with the polish phone number. What a waste of time. Do not recommend.

App was set for Sweden and I couldn’t change the region even with location allowed. One of the worst experiences ever, even shop staff was surprised and had no clue how to help
