Terrible website, awful support, and lost packages

Shopping here has been a complete nightmare. The website works terribly, but the customer support is even worse. They shipped my package over two weeks ago, and it has been stuck in transit with zero updates since.I have sent multiple emails trying to figure out what is happening with my order, but they haven't even bothered to reply to a single one. Complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers.Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend!

Good shop bit return process it’s a nightmare

Goods sent back. No contact from the shop. It is not known at what stage the return is carried out - no e-mail confirmation. I sent an email with a question - no response. E-shop good but the approach to the customer at an unacceptable level. It is not possible to check the status of the return in the application.

In urgent cases we recommend to call us or contact us via Messenger as it may take 1-2 days for us to get back to you via e-mail.
