Unusable on iPhone, no support, unresolved bugs

It’s impossible to use this app on an iPhone. I reported the bugs by email, but I never received a reply. When I try to return to the file I was listening to, the app glitches: it jumps back to the first chapter, then returns to the chapter I was on, and I can’t play anything at all.What’s worse, someone reported this issue two months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. For me, this feels like a scam—you pay for the app, get very poor value, no ongoing improvements, and no response when you report serious bugs.

Horrible payment system!

I chose a month subscription just for my own testing, paid for a month using ApplePay, and then I look and the next day my bank account was charged for 4 months in advance without my approval!!!! Also in the email it was stated that the next payment would not be reproduced until August, but it was just made on June 19. I didn't like this attitude at all, I have no desire to use this application in the future and I don't advise you!

Be careful with the offers in this application. The app may bypass two-factor authentication (2FA), and funds may be charged from your account without your explicit approval. I experienced this situation after purchasing a standard three-month subscription. The app then presented me with another offer, and after clicking it, the money was automatically deducted from my account without any additional confirmation.
