Poor support experience for a Premium customer

Premium subscriber. I reported incorrect course data for my home course and provided the official scorecards to help get it fixed. It took over a month, required repeated follow-ups, and I had to check and correct their updates more than once before the course was finally accurate.Support acknowledged the inconvenience and the amount of troubleshooting I’d done, but declined to offer any goodwill gesture or compensation.The app itself can be useful, but this was a very poor support experience for a paying Premium customer.
