الفكره حلوة وكنا منتظرينها من زمان بس موضوع اللمت ينرفز.. الحمدلله لا عندي قرض ولا ديون ولا مره اصلا تاخرت ف سداد شي ليش اللمت عني بس 1800 ريال بس؟ لا تقولون على حسب حسابك المالي مادري شنو لان انا اصلا ماعندي ولا مره دخلت ف اي التزامات الا مره وحده مع تابي ودفعت بسرعه وراتبي لي ماينخصم منه لقرض او فيزا او اي شي.. ف لا تردون ردكم الي اوردي نعرفه وحاولو تحسنون من الخدمه خلوه مثل تابي اوردي فارضين نظام غرامات وتاخذون إجراءات قانونيه للي مايدفع.. وبعد تقدرون جنسيات معينه تخفضون لها اللمت انا شغاله ف شركه اتصال وجي نسوي.. واخوي عنده اللمت 400 ريال يعني والله ماعرف شقول بس شمفروض يقسط فيها ذي؟ ننتظر التطوير للاحسن وضعنا فقطر هنيه افضل من الدول المجاوره بس برنامج تابي وايد احسن بالمقابلThe idea is great and we’ve been waiting for it for a long time, but the limit issue is really frustrating. Thank God I have no loans or debts, and I’ve never been late on any payment. So why is my limit only 1800 QR? And please don’t give the usual response about it being based on my financial profile or whatever, because I’ve never had any financial commitments except once with Tabby, and I paid it off quickly. My salary isn’t deducted for a loan, credit card, or anything like that. Try improving the service instead. Make it like Tabby; you already have penalties and legal actions in place for non-payment. Also, you can lower the limits for certain nationalities. I work in a telecom company and I know how things go.

First, the customer service is very poor regarding communication, as they only offer text chats mostly handled by automated bots, with no direct phone number available to call and speak with someone about our issues.Second, I requested a credit limit increase, and they asked me to provide a bank statement and a salary certificate. After providing all the requested documents, I was unfortunately rejected under the pretext that the decision is subject to their internal assessment! This happened despite the fact that I am fully committed to paying my installments on time, and most of the time I pay them and close them well before the due date. This is not my first transaction with them, as I have completed more than 5 previous purchases and settled all of them early.Third, I have no bank debts or other financial commitments whatsoever other than PayLater, and my salary covers the installment amount by a huge margin. Yet, they arbitrarily refuse to increase my limit without any justification, showing zero appreciation for a customer's clean payment history and strict commitment.

I appreciate the idea behind your platform — it’s something we’ve been waiting for in Qatar. However, I must say that the spending limit system is frustrating and feels unfair.Despite having zero payment delays in my financial history, my spending limit is stuck at just QAR 1,800. I’ve already made a QAR 1,500 purchase and paid it back in less than two months, yet nothing has improved. I’ve contacted your support team several times, and all I’ve received are generic replies about “internal financial scoring systems.” But let’s be honest — those explanations don’t hold up when your users are financially responsible and still penalized with low limits.It’s even more frustrating when comparing this to platforms like Tabby, where we started with a QAR 5,000 limit from the beginning. With Tabby, the experience was transparent, respectful of our financial behavior, and actually rewarding.I also noticed inconsistencies — users working in other sectors, getting a salary less than me but getting a limit spending better !!!Frankly, the limit system needs serious reconsideration, especially since you’re already implementing penalties and legal actions for late payments. If risk is controlled, why not offer fairer initial limits?Qatar is a strong market, and we expect better. I hope your team works seriously to improve this experience — we’re open to supporting local platforms, but not at the expense of fairness and transparency.

Download and install on your own risk. Guys! Customer service is pathetically unbearable. They don’t even have an agent to speak with, and if by God’s mercy you get one to talk to, he or she will not understand a single word of your query, instead they would make sure take a positive feedback or star before even resolving your concern. Don’t fall for it. Ask them to resolve your concern first then give your feedback accordingly. In my experience, for last one week, I received many msgs from their side in my WhatsApp chat and 90% of them are machine generated 😂. After two week installing this app I am still waiting for their confirmation via an email whether my account is active and good to go or not since they said so when I was registering. What I think is they do not have a single man or women agent to talk to who could address your concern even if it’s very minor one. I am just tired and now I am uninstalling it and looking for some alternative.
