- Giving your chats a boost. Our built-in guidance helps keep your exchanges kind and respectful, while chat and video options make it easier to progress your connection, without ever leaving the app.
- Adapting to your needs. If you want to take a step back from meeting new people, enable Snooze Mode to take a break from dating without losing your current matches.

Can’t delete my account!!

Hello,I recently lost my phone and I was unable to recover my previous mobile number. This phone number was the one I had registered on my Bumble account. Unfortunately since this previous number was lost, I am unable proceed with closing my Bumble account. I have reached out to the Bumble team asking them to close my account. All my personal information, including personal photos are added on my Bumble account and if I decide to terminate and deactivate my account, I would expect Bumble to understand this and terminate my account accordingly. I find the behaviour of their employees very unprofessional, forcing me to provide personal identification documents for a simple task such as deactivating my account. I am feeling very disappointed and not comfortable with providing them with any additional private documentation.It is after all my right to terminate an account and delete my private information/ photos if I seem necessary. Their response was careless without going that extra mile to help a customer/ user. For an App that is aiming to build up trust between individuals and facilitating meeting new people, I don’t seem to understand how they don’t seem to care about finding a suitable solution for their users. It’s my worst experience so far and I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone.

Hi, I used this app about a year ago and it went great until I last opened it months ago only to find out my account has been blocked for “being underage”. I decided to make the account a week after I turned 18 so that I wouldn’t have any issues regarding my age. Things that could be fixed with this app is when people actually respond to the appeals we make as customers who use and pay for your app and fix things. And also I think all of us have the right to at-least update some sort of identification to prove whether or not we are underage. I think the developers are unserious and that they don’t care about the people that are using their product. Please fix the issue, I am 19 today and theres no way to get back my account and I loved the app given the fact that i have met many cool people and some friends I met THROUGH the app. Do better.
