Ex gamer here. Quit gaming cause it got boring and would take too much time away from me. CCG wise I’ve played tons of HS and GWENT. This game is the only game I can play now because it’s so fun and the best part it’s games are ~3min long so you can play this anytime anywhere and have a great time. Really flashy and the card art and design are very beautiful. Really good work. It will be worth your time and effort trust me.

Tl;dr: Congratulation SD, you have succeeded in pushing people on quitting the game, if that was your incentive with the marvelous choices🥰🥳I really loved Marvel Snap when it first came out; clever gameplay, fast matches, and a somewhat way to collect cards without feeling forced to pay. I didn’t mind spending money, I bought the seasonal passes and cosmetic bundles because I genuinely liked the fan art and wanted to support the devs.But Second Dinner’s latest monetization decisions crossed a mental threshold for me and how I want to spend my time gaming 😅Now they’re locking actual progression and powerful cards behind overpriced bundles and FOMO passes. It’s not just cosmetics anymore, if you want to stay competitive, you either open your wallet wider than ever or get left behind.I don’t even want to calculate how much I’ve spent cause honestly, I’m embarrassed to add it up. I paid because I loved the game, but this new paywall shows they’re willing to trade long-term trust for quick cash.Right now, I can’t recommend Marvel Snap to anyone who cares about fair competition or respecting players’ time and money.1 ⭐️ review on all their platforms from me. What an embarrassment.

I returned to the game after more than a year, and it has been a miserable experience. Card acquisition is nearly nonexistent for returning or new players, making it impossible to enjoy the game when you lose simply because you lack access to some of the most powerful cards.Spending $100 on a single card is outrageous by all standards when you could get much more value by purchasing another full game for the same price.I did spend a little to catch up on my collection, and I deeply regret it.The Deadpool Dinner event, which gates a new card, is terrible. There’s no way to get the card unless you already have a collection large enough to be competitive or are willing to spend a lot — exactly what Second Dinner wants. It promotes gambling and only leads to frustration.Don’t get this game. Its gameplay is truly unique and a lot of fun, but acquiring new cards will significantly impact your bank account.The developer doesn’t seem to listen to the players — they only care about selling more $100 bundles.

The game was nice for a while but I never seen this amount of greed in any game so far. Most of the people have left and you play with cheating bots. No matter what card stack you have the game manages to make you lose by giving you bad locations and bots always have the exact cards they need to beat you. This is done on purpose to frustrate you to buy new cards. Did I mention a single card costs $100 ???? Recently they have released cards like theres no tomorrow, every week theres new cards. Also no matter what cards you get those are good for a while then you start losing again making you buy new cards.
