Great service except the downloaded videos not playing

The app is great, and works good except for when I try to play downloaded content. Some videos just won’t play after being downloaded, you have to remove them and download again to make them play, which is very annoying to find out when you’re not on WiFi or connected at all.

Great app when it worked. But now one can’t see content or do any purchases courses. Very disappointing and they better fix it soon or they will probably lose many users.
