LinkedIn members have the option to verify their identity by securely uploading a government ID and/or taking a live selfie using certain trusted partners. This is particularly true especially when one wants to post multiple pictures . Sometimes it hangs completely, and sometimes it doesn’t save a “draft”. I am a heavy LinkedIn user but making a social media post on it can be extremely painful (especially when you are making similar posts elsewhere - without a glitch)

Can't recover my restricted account even with my passport

It's so frustrating that linkedin just doesn't let me verify my account. I know I made a mistake by creating another account without deleting my previous old account which by the way was created years ago and I completely forgot about it. But I got an email about it and I thought it was my new account, (genuine mistake) and I tried to verify that old account with my passport. Then both my accounts got restricted. I understand. I was wrong . I didn't clearly read the rules. But then when I tried to recover my account, it just won't let me. Telling me to try again at a later date. But I just joined a new company and they require me to be on linkedin to connect to new people and grow the business. So I tried times and times again to verify my account or delete my previous old account or merge the two accounts but linkedin just won't let me. This is very frustrating. Also the fact that every two minutes you have to do the I am not a robot verification which lasts too long. So many problems, I really need my account back. And if you can't return me my account then make it clear so that I will create another account so that I can work at my job. Please this is very disappointing.

At a glance, the app looks and feels functional albeit dated UI. The problem or my pain point really comes when you’re viewing and applying jobs repeatedly. (1) When applying for a job and being redirected out to an external site, it’s loaded in app. This browser experience within an app is just so frustrating because it breaks and/or comes with basic functional issues like keyboard not appearing. (2) When filling up these external sites within the app, sometimes I need to swap out to remind myself of certain details and by moving in between of apps, for whatever reason LinkedIn just resets itself - bringing me back to the main landing page upon login. This is by far the most frustrating one because it resets my progress whether it’s filling up a job application or when I’m viewing jobs. Sometimes even when I’m scrolling for jobs, it’ll just reset and I’m back to the top again.
