Reduce Motion now actually removes motion. In the breathing practices this setting used to remove only the smoothing: the orb, the halo and the flame went on travelling their full range, but in visible steps. That was worse, not calmer. Now they hold still while light and colour keep easing — the practice is still legible, the movement is gone. The «Vibration for actions» setting finally applies everywhere. Seventeen places were buzzing around it, including the primary button and every tab switch. Small things you feel: the practice play button, the catalog rows and the «Watch a short video» button answer your touch. Swipe-back follows your finger and commits on a quick flick. Swipe-down no longer steals the scroll. After a practice, «Done» appears right away instead of a second and a half later.

The free tier is more honest now. Every practice is open — nothing is locked away. One short video comes before you start; AURA+ removes it entirely. A video never interrupts a practice — it only happens before one. Panic, sleep, cyclic-sighing and concentration practices are always open, with no video and no subscription. And when there is nothing to show — offline, on a plane — the practice simply begins. Also: ad preferences can now be changed any time under Privacy, plus a few small fixes to the Russian interface.
