I'm so disappointed. I have free trial till 7th of februar and I'll be charged if I don't cancel on 6th if February yet I got bill payment just now.I'm watching what I see and today is 38th of January 2021 and I'm billed. That's not OK. And no email where I can write to you. Disappointed at this. Sad.

Sometimes post looks great in Canva and yet when you see it posted on facebook, instagram etc., it looks like a disaster. I do think it’s convenient to have many options for best dimensions for certain content. It’s just worth knowing that your content might not be seen as it looks on Canva (e.g. reels) and Canva should have a disclaimer about this, preferably somewhere near the tools in the dashboard. I have witnessed a quick production for video for instagram, it was downloaded in suggested dimensions, looked the same both on laptop and on phone, yet on instagram it was completely different. A bit disappointing, since Canva offers variety of good features, in general.

Great app, bad support

I am a very happy user of the app. It is so versatile and working great. But when I had a problem with a nonworking subscription when switching from monthly to yearly payment and the PRO features didn’t work, I got no solution from the support team. It even took almost a whole month to get a final response, that my subscription is active, when in the meantime I already solved the problem myself by requesting a refund through Apple and activating the subscription again.
