In my opinion, the new application is a step back - although the graphics are nicer, for me important data has disappeared. For example, the engine temperature is missing. In the previous application, I found out that the engine temperature was showing minus 100 degrees and so I was able to tell the dealer - based on that, he found that the temperature sensor was faulty and that's why they replaced the engine.Individual rides cannot be shared on Strava in the app either. It is possible to pair them all, as a whole. This was possible in the old application.I would also like it if a crash sensor could be implemented in the application with the new update - it only works with the RIDE application. I don't understand why I have to download another app and it's not included in one. The RIDE application contains more data - statistics, performances, analytics. I don't know why it is not also in this one. I will be happy to see these missing features in the future if they are implemented, as I have been using the Specialized app for my e-bikes since 2019. Bike doesn’t connect to Samsung

My father bought a new bike but he has a problem. He has got a Samsung phone. And when he tires to connect his model of bike to his phone it doesn’t work. In store we tried to pair different models of bike with his phone and it worked.Later I tried to pair my phone with his bike and it worked. (I got an iPhone )We don’t know what to do

Thanks for reaching out. What part of the bike-app pairing process is he getting stuck at? If he opens up his phone's list of Bluetooth devices, can he see his bike's serial number (it starts with the letters "WSBC")? Lastly, are you sure that his bike is not connecting to or trying to connect any other phones? A bike can only connect to one phone at a time. We hope this helps!
Missing Apple Watch version and GPS navigation

App looks good, however comparing to one for Cube bike I miss Apple Watch which could be used to measure my HRV and option to either import planned trips from komoot or gpx file and the use it as navigation together with information from bike
