The Overview page has been beautifully redesigned for iPad and Mac with a flexible new layout, customizable weather tiles, and an all-new radar experience. New weather tiles can be configured to show wind speed, swell height, current direction, and more. This update also introduces Tide Announcements for always-on displays, when Tide Guide is being used as a wall-mounted dashboard. Choose sounds for high and low tide, and let Tide Guide announce each one as it occurs. Additionally there are major speed and reliability improvements throughout the app, including Home and Lock Screen widgets, watch complications, the watch app, notification reliability, and more. It’s also easier than ever to upgrade to a plan that includes Family Sharing.
