I was very excited to finally get the game and purchased without considering that MY BRAND NEW APPLE MACBOOK AIR with M2 chipset would be below the technical requirements!!! There is no way to upgrade the RAM and it’s very disappointing that even this much tech does not support a game! I am very disappointed but still so looking forward to playing inZoi after having waited for so long; please help us gamers with 8GB!
Crash after the new update

I am using the macOS App Store version of inZOI on a MacBook Pro with Apple M4 chip, and the game crashes 100% of the time whenever I try to enter the Character Customization screen. The crash happens immediately while the customization scene is loading, both on new and existing save files, regardless of graphics settings (even on Low), and I am not using any mods. The rest of the gameplay works normally, but Character Customization is completely inaccessible. The crash appears as an Unreal Engine (UE-BlueClient) error with a caught signal and unknown address, which seems to be a GPU / Metal-related issue specific to the macOS build. Hope you fix it immediately.

To the KRAFTON and inZOI team:First of all, I was overjoyed when I heard that a game like inZOI was coming to MacBooks. It's truly an EXCELLENT game. Unfortunately, like many people, I didn't research the requirements for the game after learning that an M2 chip would be sufficient. The moment I launched the game, I received a notification on my screen. My computer is a 2022 M2 model with 8GB of memory. Unfortunately, I can't play the game due to insufficient memory, and many people are experiencing this issue. I kindly ask you to at least lower the graphics in the next update to make the game playable on 8GB of memory. I've been waiting for inZOI to come to MacBooks for a long time, but this is disappointing. Looking at the game's features, it actually requires a minimum of 12GB of memory. However, I still kindly ask you to at least install 8GB of memory on M2 models. I did some research, and yes, the graphics will be lower, but the game will be playable. We, with M2 chips and 8GB of memory, want to play this excellent game. Please see this and help us play it. Thank you for reading.
