Monopoly although I love your app on your game and it’s very interesting entertaining and I spend lots of my time on this app. I find that you should add something where we can send an amount of dice to our mutual friends because sometimes we have more than one account like I do. I have one on my phone and one on my iPad and sometimes I run out of dice and I have to wait long hours. Just to get 400 dice with all the wait I lose out on winning, whether it be in railroad whether it be winning dice on the railroad, and sometimes the game gets boring when we don’t have dice and when sometimes we don’t finish, build out our buildings and people shut us down and we work very hard to get a certain amount of money to build and just because you don’t have dice people shut us down so I would like if you add like at least maybe every week or every time that we can send that to our mutual friends

I hope this review is seen by the developers as It would enhance the game a lot. I loved this game when I had to complete the Safari album, however with the new season (epic myths) came with new update changes that affected the game adversely. Firstly, the album titled, Epic Myths has a reduction in all the dice in all 21 sets as opposed to the much larger amount of dice that was awarded in the safari album. The dice reduction is almost half in each set compared to each set in the safari album. Secondly, with the new balance changes, players are required to collect a gold sticker( untradable) in ALL 21 sets. This makes it further difficult to complete each set even the easiest set which is the first set in the album. I am a regular player and I am unable to complete the first three sets because of the outstanding gold stickers needed to complete them and this is extremely frustrating and is deterring me to continue playing the game. The game isn't as fun when I was playing during the safari season. I am not the only one that is displeased with these changes to the game as my friends are also very dissatisfied and conversations were held on discontinuance on playing the game. I understand that Monopoly Go is a relatively new game and it may take some time to get things right but these changes are not working in the best interest of the game. I would suggest a rework in the album and awards associated in the competition of each set in the album as it is making it unplayable. Please take my review and suggestions into serious consideration to better improve the game as it is a beautiful and fun game to play with friends and family.

After being a paying customer on this app and was not able to complete the last car tournament although I was very much close….. literally I had enough dice and weren’t even landing on any of the utilities making me think that this game is rigged….. furthermore even messaged customer support about the birthday thing since my birthday was the 9th of March didn’t receive any feedback….. If I don’t get to complete this album before it finishes where I only need 1 gold card before 9 days….. will definitely be deleting this game don’t make sense anymore

This game is very interesting, fun and exciting. I love the competition, I destroy my friends boards and they try to bankrupt me, it’s a rush however I have been playing this game for months and I can’t complete all the albums. Even with all the duplicates that I get {which is very annoying with the number I have received} I sell them to get a vault {no matter the size} I STILL don’t get any new stickers. No matter how many stars you use, it’s just a disappointment. I used my credit card to buy more dice {which to me in the moment was worth it because I REALLY wanted to complete the “build a car with my friends”} the cost for dice are way too expensive for the amount of dice you receive. I am going to delete this game soon as the season is done. It’s too hard to get gold cards which CANNOT be traded.

My friends encouraged me to join 3 weeks ago and it started off as one of the most engaging and exciting game. However, as you progress, the goal to earn dice become impossible (collect 1000 tiles to earn 1.2K dice? In a few days?) The game gets boring once you realize it’s the same at every level without any complexity. It’s as though the game was designed to get you addicted and force you to spend real money for a few rolls. Not to mention the ridiculous 6 free dice per hour and rarity of receiving cards to complete a deck for rewards. Maybe do in-app trading where you send a request to trade and both parts HAVE to reciprocate a card for a trade to be successful. I was on the monopoly Facebook group and there were a lot of ‘scam players’.

The wait is too long for such little amounts of dice, also the “deals” to buy dice is ridiculously expensive for such small amounts as well. Inviting friends for dice is a fake, I’ve invited friends and my count is still 0/10. Connected to Facebook, for a while I received 100 dice per person that joined, I’ve personally invited Facebook friends for this reason and have not received any new dice for this task recently. You should be able to at least watch ads for dice or something, it’s very demotivating when you’ve reached the point of no dice and no more than 70 after waiting 8 hours. The game is addictive for a few days but when you’re out, it’s time to delete.

Okay to be frank I love playing this game I find it to be exciting it has an way of making you want to play but I really don’t like the customer service I’ve been playing for about 4 months now and I found it very difficult to get cards your missing like I would complete my board and get to spin the wheel and land on the blue pack and get cards I have back to back like for the day already I opened 3 blue packs and no new cards I understand it should be hard to get seeing as the prize is good but in spending more dice than I’m going to get and that’s unfair I really love this game all I ask is just make it an little easier to get an card you’re missing

I've lost all of my game progress and no, I don't want it back. This "game" has multiple problems but for whatever reason, one of the most reoccurring is users losing their entire game progress. Why is that? Aren't you all a billion dollar company? If someone wants to recover their account, they then have to go on guest mode and contact customer support. The article that is offered for this problem is outdated and of no use AT ALL, so one is then forced to open a ticket. A ticket that closes if you don't reply in a timely manner by the way. While you all can take days to respond or sometimes don't respond at all!What you all don't care about enough to tell users is that their user ID is essential for recovering their account. The thing is though, how am I supposed to get my user ID if I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!? Am I supposed to have it memorized or something?I am just so tired of this "game" and I can't continue any longer. Your customer service is easily one of the worst and that's probably because 90% of them are bots.Clearly your target audience are people with a gambling addiction, and thankfully I haven't spent a single cent on this game

Dear Mr. M this time around MONOPOLY GO is not fun for many players. You all made it very harder for us to land on the utilities and taxes to earn puzzle pieces. Secondly it make no sense increasing our multiplier to the highest amount because we are landing on small numbers and it's causing us our puzzles. I'm really dissatisfied with this partner game. Thirdly I've also noticed this morning it took me just over 400 dice at the multiplier set at 20 before I could have got shields. I honestly feel it's not about the players having fun but you all making $$$$. I have spoken to many players and they have the same sentiments. I’ve been loving the game but lately I have been realizing that the game has been cheating me my rewards especially with the daily quick wins everytime I’m supposed to get the sticker pack at the end it start back from the beginning of the quick wins and I don’t get the sticker pack after waiting a couple days just to reach there and then be disappointed and a couple other issues as well I’m honestly starting to get turned off and this was my favorite game please fix this issue it’s not fair that we are being cheated our rewards after spending time to gain them
