Tactics Board and bug fixes

- Added support for Champion Data import. - Streamline the styling of your annotations by setting up presets. All annotation properties can now be saved as a preset and recalled later. - Added support for optimised manual tracking for player links and polygons. - Added ability to change colours of selected tags via right click and the Tag Properties panel. Moving tags to another row no longer changes their colour to the target row colour when doing so.
