When the demand incentives you high up the price which doesn’t favor customers and today I called a bolt for a different price and after I reached my destination I had to pay a different higher price, why have the price readings been different from the drivers and passengers?????????
2 Fatal Accidents using bolt and received no support from bolt

Just in the last year I’ve had 2 accidents with bolt drivers. The last being last month. 1. The driver hospitalized me (had surgery and bandages) and the bill was more than 500K and bolt didn’t assist to subsidize the bill - all they did was ask for medic reports and Police report (which we gave) but the driver went off grid and even with the police calling them they did was basically nothing and let me and family deal with it. 2. Recent accident the driver did not upkeep his vehicle and turns out his brakes weren’t working but he was still on the app. We got in an accident on a busy highway and when I reported it to them and recalled that this is the second time and repeating the same process where I send documents and they don’t respond to police’s calls means they’re extremely unreliable and don’t care for customers wellbeing. They basically said forget the past let’s repeat the story again.While I was at the hospital they sent me a support message saying I have 24hrs otherwise they close the case??!!! Absolutely disgusting and insane behavior (Mind you! I’m still at the hospital and dealing with reporting the driver, having to call out of work etc.)All in all - it’s sad but I don’t trust bolt or their drivers and I think it’s a risk not worth taking.

Your drivers are complaining too much nowadays, I had experienced four rude drivers in my trip to kimara king’ongo who didn’t take me to my destination and complaining that the road isn’t good and they are not going to get customers where we are heading. What do we pay them for??? Are they driving us for free??? If this persists then it’s better to change and go to Uber… Your prices are very good but your drivers are becoming so rude and complaining so much. I had four trips in which they left me at Kimara buss stop and since I had discount I was charged the same price that could take me to my destination

Hi, Here is my honest opinion, bolt started strong and failed to us at the end. They got so money hungry that they began not to care about our safety at all and they treat our complaints as customers as insignificant. Reporting your horrible experience with their drivers will not result to anything . They will just hide the particular driver from you but they won’t take any actions on them because they only care about money not safety. At least Uber goes a step further and investigates customers complainants. Now if you don’t value your safety then by all means get the app and fill their Pockets with your hard earned money and because of your negligence somebody’s life might be in danger. Bolt is the worst transport app available, I 100% don’t recommend!!!
