  • Not good at all

Gave it a 5 star to try and sneak it through. Bad game you run out of breath so fast and, you have to use potions to keep going! Later it gets impossible to play without potions cause your breath runs out from fighting one guy while there are eight more guys after that! Money grab short and simple! No more real reviews you cowards!

  • Awesome!

    Anxiously awaiting fan

I feel like the combat system is probably the best one I have ever experienced on mobile. I know this game is still in development so I have a few recommendations. The currency and art style of the items and stuff don’t fit with the rest of the game. Maybe you could customize your Viking as well?

  • Good and could be great

    Phroag

First look, this is great with smooth play and good control. Animations of battle are great. On the not so great: The quick changing battle stance between foes is tedious and the blue/red attack are not intuitive, but the overall play is great. The “arena” seems too small as too many failed attempts at dodging and you are out of zone and then killed by boundary.

  • Good gameplay but……….

I don’t know if it is just my phone but all my potions are gone. I don’t have the ability to use them. One of them being the purple one so I could get berserk again when I have to complete a level in under 80 sec. Would appreciate some clarity here on how to fix so I can reach 100%- dismiss thisNevermind. Figured it out. Had the wrong one selected in my booster selection menu. Oops. Just bossed that 80 sec level with the Odin purple potion.I do like the timing and skill these fights take. I am curious what that grayed out button is though with the skeleton. Is that like an endless mode that I have to unlock or just hasn’t been released yet?Pretty much Berserked that whole last level. Now what do we do after we 100% the game? I would like to know why that Viking skeleton button is locked - literally just gave a 1 star to hopefully talk to someone about this and then I’ll move to 5I would like to know too how to get more scrolls without buying more crystals once I complete all levels or is that just more of a pay to play feature to get all the skillsets?Update: thanks for the owner providing some answers. He said a major update coming in a month. Exciting stuff.

  • Finished 60 3 Stars all.!!

This is an honest reviewer giving an honest review,This game is amazing!! for what it offers towards the fighting/combat there are some pieces needing work overtime it will get there but I was sucked into it not wanting to let go until I’ve finished that next wave for the next best.BUT.. somethings need to be added for sure I’ve finished the game and noticed some issues along the way….Maybe add some feature to choose the placement of your buttons for button mapping.Add a mode called Raiding, You hit an encampment taking over a village or something of that nature and over continuous waves with the scenery changing after making it to the longhouse you face a formidable opponent. And maybe a thing called thors offering for daily’s and weekly quests for better and better rewards as you go.Also some customization for the characters as well I know it is a work in progress now but allow to change hair and paint and color Etc.And some crazy features that cost loads amount of gold to keep people engaged in the game.Thank you creators and team for the great work you have done keep it going and hopefully I see some type of “special reward” 😉 in my inbox tommorow.. your favorite Qurishio

  • Great Combat With Huge Potential for More

    Krysolite

I’ve played around 25 levels and I’m really enjoying Glory Ages: Vikings. The combat is satisfying and has a lot of potential, but I think the game could benefit greatly from more replayability and ways to reward player mastery.I’d love to see customizable controls/button mapping, as being able to move and resize buttons would make combat much more comfortable and accessible. An Endless Mode would also be great, with increasingly difficult waves, changing environments/villages, different objectives, elite enemies, and bosses every few rounds. A Hardcore/Ironman Mode with limited lives or permadeath could make this even more exciting.I’d especially love more advanced difficulty options. Instead of simply giving enemies more health, there could be a Lethal/Realistic Mode where both the player and enemies can die very quickly, making timing, positioning, dodging, and parrying extremely important. Optional modifiers like no healing, no HUD, larger enemy groups, faster attacks, and more aggressive AI could let players create their own challenge.Progression could also go deeper with more weapons and armor that support different playstyles, New Game+, and a Prestige/Mastery system. Higher mastery ranks could require actual accomplishments—S-ranking missions, perfect parries, no-damage victories, defeating bosses on Lethal, or reaching high Endless waves—rather than simply grinding XP.I’d also love smarter and more varied enemies. Shield users, spearmen, berserkers, archers, armored warriors, etc. should require different strategies, while higher difficulties could make enemies more intelligent, aggressive, coordinated, and unpredictable rather than just increasing their stats.A mission rating system, optional challenges, boss/duel mode, randomized runs, achievements, statistics, and leaderboards could add even more replayability.Overall, the game already has a great combat foundation. I think future updates should focus on giving players more reasons to master it.Don’t just make my character stronger—give me reasons to become a better player.

  • It’s fine but…

    Xdasher123

Initially, the gameplay was good I enjoyed some parts of the combat but when it comes to the high levels, they are so frustratingly difficult and not in a good way as the enemies where unreasonably hard to fight against as it is difficult to follow up their attacks and I never got much of a tutorial on how to deal with the high level enemies properly. The game has potential to be good but it has to balance and fix some issues on how the combat functions here even with or without the skill and potions.

  • Awesome game!

    I-criticize-your-app

Honestly i didn’t think I would like this game that much, but it is really addicting. However, I just have to comment on the currency value and the prices of equipment.. I’m on level 30 I believe (give or take) and I’m still using the second available equipment which in my opinion, very underpowered. I’ve tried to save gold but I get VERY LITTLE after each mission. I’ve gotten to 97% on the second stage of missions, I bring that up in regards to not having enough gold (no where enough) for the next equipment. I’m sorry, but it definitely feels like you want me to spend money in order to progress. I just want to say, I love how challenging the combat can get I won’t ask you to make that easier but as far as the gold reward, like seriously it’s not fair to us F2P players trying to enjoy the game. Last night I had to re-do the same mission like 15 times before completing it 100% (don’t take damage) those are kind of fun, not gonna lie. But then I get very little gold. TL;DR: give more gold, That’s all. The game is beautiful, the combat is extremely smooth, the ability’s are fairly nice, kind of want more. Scrolls are a bit tough to get, I wish there was a way to “respec” our scrolls.Either way. Keep up the good work, team. I hope to see an update towards the gold. It is an issue that needs to be addressed and tested without money. I want to also say, I don’t mind spending money on games. But not for forced progression. That’s always been a rule to me. Games have sucked me dry, I won’t make that mistake again

  • This game is better than the ad

    Bkaiju

To be completely honest, the ad does not do this game justice. It’s a lot better than it seems. Realistically there isn’t anything wrong with the game. It’s a great and amazing game. The graphics are up to par. The moving is up to par. The game is better than what the ad shows. The only bad thing I can actually say about this game is the goals for the missions can become a little repetitive but for this game style you can’t really expect nothing else all around. Good game.

  • Great Mobile Game!

    Proud..

I honestly love everything about the game, the dodging mechanics, use of parrying and slow-mo, and how you’re not always the strongest and it takes a little skills to get through the levels. I would just like a little more violence/gore but also including an optional gore mechanic in the setting to whereas if a player does want to see someone’s head get cut off or they get sliced in half or something like that, and someone might not. Just a concept to think about.
