I have contacted the team and let them know there is a problem,I realized after updating their game the last couple times is when the problem really started. After I do my play and discard they send me a message saying that I missed my turn, REALLY?? Because I have done this plenty of times and I know how to play but this will happen time after time and even after I complete all the way through it will tell me I missed my turn 3 times, REALLY ???? I think it’s time the techs stop napping and wake up , FIX THE PROBLEMS AND STOP SAYING ITS MY PROBLEM. This is the only game I have a problem with, please just fix your game , I was enjoying it until this started but it is very annoying to have this keep happening and even though you won the round you lose the game because of this. Try listening to your customers you will learn some, I have been around for 63 years and have been using computers since 1977 I went through a lot of training like most people I know if something Continues to happen there is a problem. Do not think we know nothing we are Well Educated and even we can tell when there is a problem, after being told several times you checked with the person who know this it has to do with the Internet (not) . Just fix the problem

The game (of Gin) itself is fine. It functions as a Gin game should - although Straight Gin should be part of the game, and not something you have to pay for…or try to achieve. It’s not even a permanent thing when you do achieve it! The graphics and animations are nice (IMO), and I personally don’t have anything against ads in a free game. Especially when watching ads gives you free in-game currency. However, all of the other additional elements “could” be really fun and make this particular app more enjoyable, but it’s obviously set-up where you can’t win these side games without paying real money, or the payoff isn’t worth it. They have constant “contests” going on where you need to progress or collect items or achievements to win things…but actually winning a worth while amount of coins is near impossible without actually spending real money. And even then you’re still not guaranteed to win. For an example, I spent a few weeks going on win streaks to collect safes…to collect bakery items…only to come up short every time because I would always get duplicate items. I probably could’ve spent real money on gems to open more safes in a faster time period, but then I’m still not guaranteed to get the items…and at that point I might as well just pay real money for coins instead. Change the settings so putting in the hard work is achievable and has a better payoff and this game is great. But I get the feeling the developers put money over experience.

This is the best version of live Gin Rummy I’ve found. The only negatives would be it seems like during certain special challenges or special rooms some of the players may be AI when it’s portrayed to be a live person game. Also, the card randomizer seems a little sketchy at times. EX: Certain hands dealt are impossible to win for one player. Say you have absolutely no matches in your hand, and your opponent only needs 1 card to knock/gin and it’ll happen first draw. However, I can say it does go both ways to where I’m the player that only needs 1 card to gin making it impossible for them to even have a chance. Maybe it’s the luck of the draw, but I would like to know what the randomizer is based off of. I’m only mentioning this bc it got to a point where I felt like the game is rigged and I actually stopped playing for a while. Since returning it hasn’t been as bad, but the AI kills it sometimes and the auto sort option is about 95% accurate. At times I’ll have to change it myself bc they didn’t recognize a match. Other than that, I do love the game. I play everyday. The Joker room was a great addition, that’s my favorite. A suggestion would be more places for safe boxes, another option for a “Gin Only” room, easier option to chat.

After playing this game for years and hating it but being unable to stop, the developers are offering me 1,000 coins to rate the game. So here you go. The graphics, sounds, music, and animations are superb. I believe I am playing real people at least most of the time. So, why do I hate the game? If I throw down a king, the next card on the stack is a king. Or the matching queen. If I discard a 7 of clubs, then the next two cards on the stack will be a 6 and 8 of clubs. Sometimes I am able to win about as much as I lose. But sometimes the game seems screwed up. Several times I played against a random player who won over ten games in a row with only ONE to THREE turns while my cards had nothing in common and would have taken many turns to build sets or runs. Just to check my reality, I played Gin Rummy in person with real cards and this doesn’t happen. But! Every day, you get free coins from their “Free Safe” (every 4 hours). If you have a winning streak, you get additional “safes” with more prizes that can lead to more free coins. I won 200,000 coins once! You can get more coins by watching ads but you don’t have to watch ads if you don’t want to. And you can buy coins to gamble with but you get a LOT for the money! I think I bought over a million coins for $10. I played for months and still had $1.34 million. Then I got mad and bet $1 million and lost, of course, but now I have around $245,000 and winning enough to maintain my stash. The developers have done a beautiful job with this game and I applaud their non-greediness. If you love/hate Gin Rummy a lot, you need to get this game.
