As a new company this is the first CRM service we have ever chosen and this is the last one we will ever have to choose. It is amazing! We found the set up process extremely simple, and the integration to our gmail accounts for extra email extensions are awesome. I think the mobile app for iOS is great on the iPhone and even better on the iPad. It is very simple and doesn’t include half the features that the website offers but does allow me to:• Have a separate contact list from my system phone contacts strictly for clients and prospects while able to make calls and texts from inside the app• Save a new prospects contact information• Automatically generate company info if I include their website url• Save notes about interactions with prospects and clients• Create tasks and reminders like “call Jim in a week at 3pm” for each contact to get an email and notification reminder sent to you• See all previous tasks and notes (like notes on last conversation) for each contact before calling• Enter contacts into the prospecting funnel to move them through the stages of becoming a clientAlthough we will not be using it to track our revenue it seems to provide great features allowing you to input and track your sales history both overall and with individual clients.Those are only the features available on the app. The website has even more you can do with it. Oh yeah and it’s all free “forever”... For that reason I felt like I owed them this review at the very least lol

Hubspot allows me to streamline my prospect to sales process through their fully customizable deals kanban dashboard. Hubspot allows we to caputre leads by easy connecting to websites and providing links to drive traffic through. I appreciate the simplicity of having contact profiles and business profile that automatically update company info based on domain their name. Their free to pay for more features model helps me to scale my business as I grow. The only thing I would like to see if they would allow any service from other plans to be available a la carte because I would love sequencing as an add-on rather than upgrading to professional plan to get it. Overall worth it, 5 star for effectiveness and productivity.

The app is great for letting me know when my emails are opened, which is the main reason I chose to use it. I love that I can see when someone reads my email and that I can sort my contacts by who opened emails most recently and who I’ve last made contact with, etc. however, the app on the phone is driving me crazy. Every time I open one of my own tracked emails or someone in the thread opens the email the app will send me a notification every 2 seconds that the email was opened, and it won’t stop bombarding my phone with the notifications until I exit the email (which is after I finish replying) and then have a hundred notifications. It also counts towards the 200 notifications you are allowed to receive for free, using all those up for already reported information. Although HubSpot will surely make a fix for it, I had to mention it or else they might not ever see it!

I signed up for a $20 monthly subscription with HubSpot to evaluate whether it was the right software for my real estate company. After using it for two months, I decided it wasn’t a good fit for my needs. However, my experience with their customer service and cancellation policy has been extremely disappointing.Initial Issues: Despite being assured at the beginning that I could cancel my subscription at any time, I later discovered that HubSpot had tied me to an annual contract that I did not agree to or sign.When I tried to cancel the subscription, I was informed that I would need to pay for the full year.Customer Service I reached out to their customer service multiple times, both via phone and email, in hopes of resolving this issue.Despite their initial reassurances, I was repeatedly told that I could not cancel my subscription or delete my account without paying for the entire year.HubSpot continued to charge me for three months after my initial request to cancel.Their cancellation and account deletion process seems deliberately complicated and misleading.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using HubSpot. Their cancellation policy and customer service practices feel deceptive and make it difficult for users to discontinue their service. If you're considering HubSpot, be very cautious and ensure you fully understand their terms and conditions before committing.
