Great app …does so much and is pretty cost effective …my only gripe is …please ….if they would only fix the bugs, like how in app on mobile you can only do one campaign and then the + symbol disappears so u have to close app and reopen. I’ll come back and hit that 5 star if they do these…why this app is sitting at 2.9 makes no sense its leaps and bounds on HootSuite and others for 1/3 the pricing. Download it now

The app is trash and the web functionality isnt much better. It is CONSTANTLY CRASHING! Not posting, bugging out losing post making progress. Dont get this app and dont give them your 25 a month this has been happening way to long. I cant even get the app to open today just black screen. Trash app dont support

My business gained 11 new followers from one post shared through Metricool and 2 paying clients in less than a week. Using same hashtags and keywords I’ve consistently used for months. I’m not even using any music. Same CapCut editing (with tweaks).Something is different when I post with Metricool versus on my own & it may simply be the consistency,but I think yall have some sort of marketing magic in there.I paid GoDaddy thousands of dollars (one year) to post 3 times a week and never got ANY response from it. NONE!I’d say you get an honest 4 stars but I believe you have a product that can achieve GREATNESS once all the glitches are perfected. Took me a minute to figure out how to size and figure my CapCut videos to work correctly through your app- thanks to ChatGPT. This is an affordable service (I use it for 2 businesses). Like- SUPER CHEAP!!Thanks so much!

App doesn’t work half the time, web version is awesome

I want to give Metricool 5 stars because the web version is amazing! One of my favorite social media management tools I have used and very easy to navigate plus keep track of metrics. However, half the time when I need to post something from the app manually, I can’t do it because the app just doesn’t load. This basically renders the schedule to manual post with notification feature useless and ends up creating a headache for me. I would recommend Metricool for the web version and if you are able to auto-publish all of your posts, but it’s not the tool for scheduling manual posts. Fix the app!
