The graphics in this game are truly outstanding, especially for mobile. I do have a newer phone, so I don’t know what the battery is like for older versions of iPhones, but so far this game has been incredible after playing through all the chapters. I can say that it was definitely worth just $10. I mean, how are these people not figuring out how to move. It’s the most basic controls that’s in every mobile game. I also see some people on the critical review saying that it’s just only pools but as you continue down the game, you will find that there are certain incredible environments such as (spoilers) a couple rooms that look just like level zero, a chessboard with hundreds of players that are statues (this I found particularly creepy), and of course, the enormous face submerged underwater. The only thing I could possibly ask for is a zoom button and the option to have a VHS filter, otherwise absolutely perfect 👌. If the game developer is seeing this, I know that so far you’ve just made one game, but it has been incredible and you truly have a talent. Please make more games just like this. This is absolutely wonderful.👍🙏👌

This was actually a great game! I haven’t purchased the full game but from what I played it was really cool and interesting. I love how open and free it is, letting you explore a maze of rooms and I love how it shows horror, not in a concrete thing or specific monster but in the unknown, in dark passageways, in sudden sounds or screeches or clatters as though your not truly alone, spaced out just enough to keep surprising you, to keep you on your toes. The sound design of this game was amazing. So were the actual rooms. And I felt like I was slowly going insane as I got lost looping the same passageways over and over again only to turn the corner and find a new breathtaking room. Peak experience. I feel like this is one of the best liminal space games on the market. As far as crashing and not loading goes, I haven’t experienced it. Well I admit the game is hard to leave (escape won’t work and you have to press a button to open all your windows to leave the browser) and still needs force quitting on top of that, its still manageable.

I got this game yesterday and I played for awhile with my siblings watching me. I never knew how good it was until I got to the hole…😀 but before I get to the hole part- I was actually playing this on the bus! I had my headphones on and was very immersed :) but then I heard a deep rumbling noise and got scared so I decided to not scream on the bus and listen to music- but back to the hole. I started playing again and my little sister was watching me! We were at the part with the water maze and we saw an exit sign and said “oh look an exit.” Once I got closer to the hole in the water we saw hands coming out, I immediately turned off my phone and started playing Japanese music- me and my sister were terrified. But after a while from me having a laughing attack on the couch, I started to play again. We noticed there was another exit so we were scared for no reason- overall, a really great game but…are you sure it’s not scary?😭

For those who know about urban exploration and abandoned places, Stagnant Water, commonly known as Still Water is very dangerous and could easily be deadly. This game instantly gives me that vibe of exploring an abandoned place that has Stagnant/Still water. It’s creepy. Controller support is great. Visuals are basic but very polished. Now the biggest reason I rate this so low is because I truly didn’t understand that this is just a game about traveling, it’s very basic and repetitive. Not challenging yet creepy and empty. So it’s neat and cool with great visuals but boring in terms of challenging gameplay or serious action. I recommend everyone who uses some form of a controller to play this demo and enjoy the demo for what it’s worth. If you enjoyed it enough that you crave more, then buy it for sure. But for the average, the Demo is good enough for what this game is and paying it’s price seems steep for what it is….. even with more. Turn this into a $2.99 Full Game purchase and I’d recommend this for those looking to take a creepy break inside an Abandoned skyscraper with Stagnant/Still pools of water.
